Option 1: DIY

You arrange for the audio guest book to be collected from us on the day of your hire and set it up. You will also need to arrange for it to be returned to us the following morning.

Price: £180.00 (per night)

Option 2: Deluxe

We will deliver the audio guest book and set it up at your venue at an arranged time and collect it the following morning. For venues more than 1 hr from IV2 will incur an additional delivery fee.

How does it work?

1. book & message

Once you've booked our Gruvi Audio Guestbook, you send us a recording of your custom greeting for your guests. This plays each time a guest picks up the phone, followed by a 'beep' to start the recording.

2. On the day

Depending on your package selected, either you'll collect or we'll deliver the retro phone which is set up on the day at your venue with your pre-recorded message asking your guests to leave you a voicemail.

3. YOUR GUESTS LEAVE A VOICEMAIL

Your guests leave authentic and unfiltered voicemail messages at your wedding, party or special occasion. The audio phone has a noise cancelling microphone which means it will pick up the voices of your guests, and filter out background noise.

3. REPLAY THESE MEMORIES FOREVER

The voicemails recorded on the phone are all individual MP4 files that can be saved and listened to on any platform. You will receive a download link or USB within 7 days after your event of all your recordings.

An Audio Guestbook is a special retro styled phone that can be used to record messages from your guests live at your event. Your guests can be themselves leaving room for more candid conversations leaving messages that will be worth listening to over and over again.

Once you have a confirmed booking, have paid in full including the deposit. We will deliver and setup the phone at your function.

 

We are based in Inverness in the Scottish Highlands and can deliver anywhere in Inverness and the surrounding areas. An additional delivery fee may apply for outlying areas.

 

We offer free delivery if your location is within 15miles of IV2 6GE. Thereafter a small charge will apply.

the Grüvi Audio Guestbook does not need a power supply and will come fully charged with enough power for approximately 10 hours of recording time.
